Activating Boost Mobile Service or Device

Boost Mobile® is a prepaid cell phone service provider. They operate on the Sprint® network and provide nearly the same coverage.

  1. Check if your phone is compatible with Boost Mobile. You can do this by visiting the Boost Mobile website and entering your phone’s IMEI or MEID number.

  2. Purchase a Boost Mobile phone or SIM card. You can purchase a phone or SIM card online or at a Boost Mobile retail store.

  3. Choose a service plan. Boost Mobile offers several different service plans, so choose the one that best suits your needs.

  4. Activate your phone or SIM card. You can activate your phone or SIM card online or by calling Boost Mobile customer service.

  5. Provide personal and contact information, including your name, address, phone number, and email address.

  6. Make a payment to activate your service. You can do this online, by phone, or in person at a Boost Mobile retail store.

  7. Wait for your service to be activated. Boost Mobile will provide you with an estimated time frame for when your service will be activated.
