Activating Straight Talk Service or Device

Please follow the steps below:

  1. Choose your plan: Choose the Straight Talk plan that best fits your needs. You can purchase a plan directly from their website or from a retail store that carries Straight Talk products.

  2. Activate your service: Once you have your Straight Talk plan, you can activate your service by visiting the Straight Talk website or by calling their customer service line. You will need to provide your personal information and your Straight Talk SIM card number or phone’s serial number.

  3. Insert your SIM card: If you purchased a Straight Talk SIM card, insert it into your device. The SIM card should be compatible with your device’s make and model. If you purchased a Straight Talk phone, it should already have a SIM card installed.
